Eventuell möchte man die Besucher seines Shops ohne Umwege über eine Start / Home Seite direkt zu einem Produkt / Artikel führen. That is, der Besucher kommt auf die Shopseite und sieht sofort die definierte Artikelseite.
Weiterhin wird er im Laufe des Shopbesuchs auch wieder auf diese Produktseite geleitet, wenn er auf das Logo oben links klickt.
Soll also eine Produktansicht-Seite zur Home Seite des Shops werden, kann folgende Lösung verwendet werden:
1. subcatalog > Manage article ID of the article noted
2. Subsystem > Configuration > General / Web / Standardseiten bei “Standard Web-URL” the “cms” entfernen und dafür “catalog/product/view/id/[die eben gemerkte ID]” enter.
Ready!
Nun wird die Produktseite zur neuen Home Seite des Shops.
Likewise, it works for a category. the ID of the category you memorize (you can at catalog > Categories, then select category, see) remember and o.g. but go away catalog / category / view / id / HERE-THE-Enter ID.
Now the category is used as a home.

I just needed for a Magento 2 – Installation the possibility to use neither a category nor a product as a landing page but the customer login. For this purpose, instead of the above, I deposited. simply customer / account / login /
Whatever one could do, the customer account would have to be deposited through customer / account /. This would then inevitably become a login / Register if you are not logged in. However, you are logged in, one would come into the customer account.
Used in Magento versions 1.7-2.4 Comments? Additions? Notes? Gladly!
