We have a problem with a 1.6.1.0 Shop, which is apparently not only do we have (s.a. here).
If an order is generated from the frontend, is the order confirmation email with the wrong amounts. D.h. All values are 10.000.000 multiplied. So then the original price 1,99 € the spectacular price 19.900.000,00 €. Unfortunately, hardly anyone will be willing, to pay this price 🙂
Exactly the same order will, however, the backend generates (the same customer, the same article), is it right.
The display in the backend is completely correct.
The bill is entirely in order.
The email templates are the same for the backend and frontend (Test with a clear expert in the templates).
So where is the difference between the front- and back-order generation, affects only the confirmation email amounts?
For help, I am very grateful!
Thanks to the proactive cooperation with Mr. Lempe (thank you!), The problem could be located and corrected. It was because of a problem with the processing order Order Export Modul by Sebastian Enzinger. This has taken care of promptly and conclusively resolve the matter, so now everything is working. If the o.g. Problems arise, contact directly to Mr. Enzinger. With an update of the extension is the problem solved. Thus, it is then a completely recommendable module, to automatically export orders.
