Magento – Problem Dropshipping / various suppliers / eMails

We needed a project for a way different suppliers / In order to allow distributors to get order emails, only to send the relevant data for this supplier.

Wanted to make the first step we have so, Follow up on someone that Amastys extension emails are sent to the supplier, if the articles were ordered. This was the problem but to create an e-mail, only the relevant articles of the suppliers involved and no other (Here we describe).

There are various approaches in the form of Magento Extensions. Currently we are four known and that:

1. Probably the most common and most complex: Unirgy uDropship Extension. This is typically around € 950 to have different pricing models and provides. This extension does nothing more than to share emails and distribute according to the specifications of the supplier. Actually, this would be the solution to our concerns have been.

BUT we were less than the first two solutions, and more than the third solution. We found Extension

4. of which MagExtended is programmed. It's called Ultimate Dropship and at a price of € 149 offered, which already includes a free installation. Thus it differs from many other extensions already here.
The display on the site promises a lot and a lot of good. There are several demo stores where you can test the features before you decide to buy. Here are some features of this extension:

• Orders are automatically routed via email to all suppliers and defined and contain only relevant information

• You can choose the free status, to get a job after being forwarded.
• Many design options for the correspondence
• XML export of order data of the various suppliers
• Easy administration of the individual suppliers and the article on the backend
• Supplier / Supplier have their own login area. Here you can view all their orders with their credentials and also the states. They also have the option to send directly to and from the normal administration known releases to the purchaser.
• Order updates will be automatically routed to the recipient and also the backend of the administrator is updated. Thus, messages stored in the backend of the distributors and status changes are displayed. Only when all the individual items were sent, is the order in the backend to be complete. All in all a very performant piece of programming. Therefore, we chose for this extension.

We were still two points on, that could be handled better:

1. the orders in the supplier”backend” not re-sorted according to age. So one must always jump on the last page, to see the latest jobs.
2. If the Backend suppliers displayed with the standard header. It is e.g.. “My Account”, “Cart” etc.. displayed. These points have nothing to do with the separate range of suppliers and are not very confusing. Clicking on that is one of the buttons to get the customer- and leaves the supplier's area.

These two points, we asked the developer to modify, who told, and that this is another adaptation to an extension used by us (Amasty – Sales Reps and Dealers since before the orders are forwarded until an admin has to give the orders without) in max. one hour at € 50 make are.
