A truly commendable extension for Magento is the payment module “DebitPayment” from the developer “therouv”.
A free extension, in order to allow customers the popular payment by direct debit. She is currently up Magento 1.6 compatible and installs itself on Magento Connect by itself.
In the backend, then under the new payment method “Debit / debit” to find, may be adjusted at the fortunately not much but must. This allows the insert including the bank details in the email and then encrypt or on request, so that only the last characters are displayed and the rest is ausgeX.
